Made to cash in on the success of ENTER THE DRAGON, KILL OR BE KILLED was a surprise drive-in hit that briefly made a star out of leading tough guy James Ryan. In a plot straight out of a bronze age DC comic book, two former high-ranking officials of the Axis powers schedule a deadly martial arts tournament in an isolated locale. The two rivals assemble the top competitors from around the world, including Mr. Miyagi (!) and Steve Hunt (James Ryan).
