Danny “king of the line” Baker is a young, likable graffiti artist who spends his nights tagging subway cars. Teresa spends her days selling drugs for “Captain Kirk” - a local dealer who conducts his business from a chauffeured limousine. All three are barreling headlong down a destructive path. In steps Charlie Banks, a caring cop who wants to help steer these budding delinquents into a better future. But changing their ways turns out to be more challenging than first thought as Banks’ good intentioned intervention ends in tragedy and revenge.
